Changelog

- Fixed all refract textures that broke after the Wildfire CSGO update

- Fixed chimney drop on stage 2

- Forced angles on teleports

- Added a missing filter on stage 4. (Skip no longer possible)

I advice all server owners to replace old christmas with this version, however keep in mind runs will be a bit longer on this version without skip on stage 4.
