I made this for my own personal use on DarkRP, However I decided to make it Public as there are few police vehicles using this model.

If someone is able to make a police skin for this vehicle I would like to see how it looks, as I am looking to make a marked version of this.

Only reason this would occur is that you have not downloaded the required addons. You must also download addons required by the addons I have listed. If you have done that and still get errors, I have no idea what the problem is.

When I spawn this it looks like an error

I'm not sure what the problem is but do you have TDM's prop pack installed? If not that is probably the issue.
