描述
Adds cities from the following nations in Papers, Please as city states:

Kolechia (Yurko City, Vedor, West Grestin)

Impor (Enkyo, Haihan, Tsunkeido)

United Federation (Great Rapid, Shingleton, Korista City)

Obristan (Skal, Lorndaz, Mergerous)

Republia (Tru Glorian*, Lesrenadi, Bostan)

Antegria (St. Marmero, Glorian, Outer Grouse)

Cobrastan (Bestburg)

This mod adds a total of 19 city states but does not add Arstotzkan cities and districts for the sake of the existing Arstotzka mod.
