being tested by a friend of mine still, if any issues arise, will fix asap

A mix between Medic and Sniper, the Specops Medical Marksman can use a new rifle called the SMR, and can use a Gremlin for medical purposes very effectively

Also comes with a custom gun. standard loadout is a sniper rifle and Gremlin

He also comes with a unique sniper rifle called a SMR, and can use a unique ability that the SMR has, which allows him to move and fire in same turn

Built with LW perkpack in mind, and requires it!

He and his gun are both fit for field duty

updated july 11th 2016: replaced word Recon with Marksman. sounds better

Updated August 4th 2016: made adjustments to dmg

ok, works, but imma make a seperate long war two version, so that there is no confusion
