I made this with photoshop but i need help to make it animated and i need more ideas to make it better

*UPDATE*
made the healthbar colors 3d

The death icon is from the metal arms intro when glitch is getting a "data upload" in case you didn't remember

oh its is. took me a whole day. i showed it to a recent "friend" (One i added very recent before sending him the link to my sound mods), and he was a complete asshole. said "why would i want this?" "So you used a sound extractor? oh thats great. do something of your own before sending me shit mods." so then i realized to add the right friends and removed and blocked him. :P
