Custom hud

Made for 1920 x 1080, however might aswell work for lower resolution (not tested).

WIP

compass scale used in screenshot: 0.55 (cl_hud_compass_scale 0.55)

Changes:
- Removed black background image of most elements
- Position for some hud elements changed
- 'Full' Compass

- Controlpoints
-- Increased size of active points
-- Decreased size of inactive points
-- Decreased alpha of inactive points

- Floating Controlpoints
-- Disabled Icons, Only text now

- Diamonds
-- Disabled names, roles etc.
-- Decreased size of diamonds

- Weaponselection
-- Decreased text size
-- Spacing might be smaller (not sure anymore)

- Weightpoints decreased icon size

Might need hud_reloadscheme

Yes, there are still problems.
All the elements which have different fonts / fontsize don't appear. (Compass directions, Waves, Weaponselection). However it did work when I tested it local, but not with the workshop.
