This will add an amulet to the game (Amulet of the Assassin) you can find it behind The Bannered Mare check screenshot for more detail.
What this does its basically makes you invisible for unlimited time when entering sneak mode exiting will make u visible

If I recall correctly there is a glitch that when you sprint you go invis as well, pretty cool when fighting.

i was wondering does this amulet have the effect of the ebony armour? you know how when you crouch it turns you black? i love that effect but i hate the poisoning effect on it too, it would be sick if you could have that
