描述
Free a kidnapped AAN reporter from the hands of the Syndikat.


This is a "1-day mission" - created with the purpose of finishing something in the time of merely one day. Turns out, it's actually quite stressful to make a mission in only one day, but it sets a few interesting limitations which one has to workaround somehow. The original idea of this mission was much bigger and with a few more side tasks, but yeah... not enough time if you have to get it done as quickly as possible. :)

mission state as of 2023: works as intended, helicopter cargo seats seem to be gone or at least locked, opening console and doing cursorObject lockCargo false will unlock them and allow you to exfil by helicopter (not sure if its intended to not have these seats, there is no dialogue about delta not able to fit there), otherwise can be ended through boat exfil with no issues. Good scenario.

Dunno if it is a problem of mine only, but I could not play the mission. At mission start, the command disableUserInput (I guess you used it) do not deactivates, forcing me to close the game from Task Manager.
No mod used.

Good mission up to a point. After I found the hostage and he was added to my team, for whatever reason he refused to move. Not sure if there's an issue with the scripting or if it was just the ARMA AI being as stupid as a box of spanners as usual.

Ok. Then write in the description that you will kill a ton of Reds without reconnaissance, without support, without special weapons and without a plan. Just because you're Rambo. I will not play then.
