Hand Textures included

Plans:
Adjust black level on vest/arms/helm/goggle to be feasible for fair multiplayer gameplay.
Redo all S.W.A.T logos and patches with higher resolution ones.
Make a seperate light security texture for specialist/light
add a vip texture
New goggle lenses
better helm texture/new normals
new backpack texture

Have any advice on how to improve these in anyway let me know. Thanks.
