Sparks Ultra Autocannon

描述
Adds in a autocannon for the Sparks that has 30% more aim, confers suppresion, has a 6 round clip size & does 9 damage. I added this because i loved the design of the Heavy Autocannon and wanted it in tier 3, it also fixes the sparks terrible aim.

Build requirements can be adjusted in the .ini file.
Stats can also be adjusted in the .ini file.
The .ini file is called XcomSgtsUltraChaingun.

Did you know?

Sparks have the voicelines required for suppresion.

The Ultra Cannon seems to be only able to be applied onto one SPARK Unit, but I ain't complaining that much

you can change everything in the ini files, so the 30+ aim can be +10aim if you want
