Miyagi Motors - front w smokestack

Factory floor with offices in front - this version has an extra high portion of the roof and a large smokestack. Works both on it's own or together with the rest of the complex. Without the RICO mod this is just a park that doesn't do anything. Atm it wants ALOT of highly educated workers - I will tweek this when possible through the RICO mod.

There's no smoke coming from this one as the smoke markers in the game are pretty small compared to this. It either had to be this or a very thick smoke coming out.
