The Gatehouse

描述
The Gatehouse - building that serves as a gate to your city. Vehicles can drive through it on the built-in highway.

Lower levels contain offices, while mid and top floors are residential. Also contains some pools on the roof.

Building tips-
- snap to existing four-lane avenue,
- remember to flatten the terrain before placing the building! Otherwise there might be some issues with the highway lanes.

Unique building, level 5.
~ 1800 tris, LOD ~ 300 tris, 1024x1024 diffuse, normal, spec and illumination textures.

My first asset here, so critique and advice are welcome :)

This reminds me of that highway going through a building in Japan. Someone has to make that asset!

You know, combining RICO and Sub-Buildings Enabler, you could actually make this functionally offices + residential, not just in flavor :)

very nice.Im using it.
if I may suggest for a potential V2.0, is to add details to the main floor (doors, etc) and make windows smaller (AKA have more floors)

Would you like to try on creating the Hemsley Building that is located north of the Metlife building on Manhattan in New York City. If you are able to levitate the road from north to south. This is kind of the same idea.
