Actually KeeperR it is just called fishing ship, (the earlier one in AOE 1 is called fishing BOAT), There is no units that are named Elite (unit). Thoose started in AOE 2.

It's the "elite fishing ship" (I don't remember if that was the name) from Age of Empires 1
