The mod that (re-)introduces a little anarchy.

Some people were sad when the new TQ updates put limits on certain exploitable stats, most of all "zero spell cooldown" and "100% dodge everything" mechanics. This mod removes them again, so you can keep abusing respective character builds to your heart's content.

While we are at it, it also removes the 80% cap on resistances, and all speed limits, so you can have some fun stacking these stats as well.

Finally, it lets you zoom out the camera as far as is sensible without showing the map being generated. And increases monster numbers a bit, while removing the limit on how many champions a group may roll - just to make things a little more interesting.

Of course those limits were in the game for a reason, so I don't have to tell you that this is NOT balanced. But that is the point. ;)
