Dual Planet Start Trait

This mod will give allow Human players and AI to select a Dual Planet trait. This will start that country with a second planet.

• Cost = 2
  
• Modifiers = none
  
• Text = You've colonized a second planet before even leaving your own system. Good on you! Wait you want more than just a second planet? Don't be getting greedy now.

• Same planet class as home planet
  
• Starts in home planet's system
  
• Planet size of 16

• Planetary Administration
  
• 2x Power Plant I
  
• 1x Hydroponics Farm I
  
• 1x Power Plant I
  
• 5x Pop (1 on each building)

This is the second version of the Dual Planet Start. Allows Human players and AI to select a Dual Planet trait, giving that country a second colonized planet on start.
