Replaces the default CSS hostage textures with colorable versions meaning the playermodels can be colored!

This will also replace the normal non-playermodel versions too, Sorry! this is due to both the normal and player models of the hostages use the same textures, but the problem can be fixed using the ragdoll colorer addon to change the model's color back the default colors
