Not for Balance But for Feeling !

Overall
Change the Build upgrade available Icon in Green.

Cause I'm tired to see ALL the Notifications in Yellow, especially in little tile.
(1.2.0 Asimov made the happiness participate in more often , yellow paradise !)

Can't we have more friendly one ?
Upgrading is not emergency , right ?

That's the mod purpose.
