A Long forgotten home of Dwemer nobility. Your found the key to opening the blackreach. Now the spoils are yours.
Contains Blacksmithing amenities, alchemy and enchanting stations.
Lots of storage for Gear, Weapons, and general what-not.

yea i pull the lever and it opens the door but does not power the lift

Tou need to check it? It says the lift requires power as soon as you pull the lever?

okay...so I pulled the lever to open the gate...but It says this needs to be powered to be used...I don't see any other thing to activate it

read below, there is a Leaver on the outside of it that when pulled activates the lift

All you should have to do is hit the switch on the outside in front of the gate.
