Hello you guys!

I just added a little funny hat to Franics :D

the mod doesn't do anything else, just that xD

oh yeah, uhm Francis started moving and aiming all goofy when when I used this mod, so keep in mind that this mod may cause some pretty big glitches with Francis. But I found 'em very entertaining so I like it anyways xDD

this mod is just there to goof around with really, it's not like I'm good enough to make a proper mod LOL
