HECU IN TF2

whenever i go to the spawnlist and i spawn one of them, its just invisible. theres not even a shadow or anything. i used easy bonemerge tool, and i saw the silhouette. any help? also, a note, i cant see anything in the provided pictures except for the background and some wrenches.
