Delta S4 Group B - Finland Rocket

This is tune for the Delta S4 that should be fast and reasonably stable at Finland. The setup is a middle ground between a soft gravel suspension and a more firm tarmac suspension. This should allow the car to essentially ride over the bumps but be soft enough for absorb sudden impact and/or jumps. The differentials are set more in tune with a fast gravel setup, with a lot of locking power in the rear.

Acceleration and top speed are balanced. The ride height is lower than default but still a bit over 0.
