This mod is all about improvements like new techs, units, equipment and events. My goal is to add more (historical) flavor and diversity to the game without spoiling the gameplay.

- New Artillery techs which enables new equipment and units
- New Infantry techs "Special Purpose Training", "Glider Infantry" and "Ski Warfare" which triggers country-specific events for new units with the choice of unlocking templates and units and deployment on the map.
- New Armor techs: Airborne Tank, Light Amphibious Tank and Medium Amphibious Tank
- New Armoured Car techs for Great War, Light and Heavy Armoured Cars and armoured support for engineers and field hospitals
- New Armoured Truck techs
- New equipment: Military Bicycles, Infantry Support Artillery, Pack Howitzers, Mortars, Airborne Mortars, Light Amphibious Tanks, Medium Amphibious Tanks and Gliders. Note: Artillery is now called Field Artillery. When Improved Field Artillery (1937) is researched, artillery will get the same speed as Motorized Infantry (12 km/h)
- Available units within the division designer for all countries: Infantry Support Artillery Battery and Battalion, Horse Artillery Battalion, Pack Howitzer Battery and Battalion, Mortar Company, Airborne Mortar Company, Light Infantry, Bicycle Infantry, Glider Infantry, Airborne Tank, Light Amphibious Tank Battalion, Medium Amphibious Tank Battalion, Armoured Engineer Company, Light Armoured Car Recon Company, Heavy Armoured Car Recon Company and Armoured Truck Battalion
- Available within the division designer for the colonial powers (England, France, The Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Italy): Colonial Light Infantry and Colonial Cavalry
- New units/templates for England: Special Air Service, Gurkha Rifles, British Army Commandos, Royal Marines Commandos, Royal Naval Commandos and Royal Air Force Commandos, 1st Airlanding Brigade, 6th Airlanding Brigade, Sudan Camel Corps (SDF), Somaliland Camel Corps
- New units/templates for British Raj: Gurkha Rifles, Gurkha Garrisons
- New units/templates for Italy: Bersaglieri, Motorized Bersaglieri, 80ª Divisione fanteria "La Spezia", I Gruppo Dubat, LXXII Zaptié (I Gruppo Carabinieri)
- New units/templates for the United States: Army Rangers, Marine Raiders, Marine Paratroopers (Paramarines), Special Service Force, 327th Glider Infantry Regiment, 10th Light Division (Alpine)
- New units/templates for Canada: Special Service Force
- New units/templates for France: Légion étrangère, Commandos Marine, Compagnies Méharistes Algiers, Compagnies Méharistes Sahariennes
- New units/templates for Germany: Fallschirm-Panzer-Division 1 HG, 90. leichte Afrika-Division, Infanterie-Regiment Großdeutschland, Brandenburger, 22. Luftlande-Division
- New units/templates for Japan: Takasago Giyutai, Teishin Shudan, Giretsu Kuteitai
- New units/templates for the Soviet Union: 181st Special Reconnaissance Detachment, 1st Ski Brigade, 2nd Ski Brigade
- New units/templates for Finland: Infantry Regiment 27 (Winter), Infantry Regiment 64 (Winter), Infantry Regiment 65 (Winter)
- New units/templates for Spain: Tropas Nómadas del Sahara
- Modified Division Designer: One extra position for support and five more for combat units, the mobile group is merged with the infantry group making it possible to combine infantry and artillery and added a Cavalry group. Next to the existing template symbols there are added more than 70 NATO (like) symbols
