Guys, this hasn't been updated in 9 years. Pretty sure bugs are to be expected.

@♥♥♥♥*****, I encounter that bug somewhat frequently, even when not using any formation mods. It seems to go away *eventually*, usually after one or more save/reloads or client restarts - it might also fix itself after travelling and loading to a new region of the map. Unfortunately I haven't figured an exact formula, and it feels more like doing the right superstitious pigeon dance to fix it.

Worked for one play through, but Im doing the Rebirth Slave start and all they do it try to be as close as the person they are following, moving in a blob mass around the person I told them to follow.

click on squad button click on AI then select follow formation to change it worked for me
