Adds two voice options into XCOM 2 - English and Japanese MAGES. from Hyperdimension Neptunia into XCOM 2.
Note that the voices will only appear for female characters.

- Radio Filter added via audacity

when I was first looking through the hyperdimension neptunia voice mods I was thinking to myself, "Man it would be awsome if there was a MAGES. voice pack." and then I saw this mod about two seconds after saying that. Thank you for making this.

@nickNickNICK: You then may also like to check out MLG Mudkip's other Voice-Mods, for some more variety if you want other female Japanese voices. I'd however advise against using the "Japanese Voice-Pack" that is flying around here somewhere, as it misuses almost all of the lines for virtually all the voices in it.
