I guess we have to hope that the Devs can get old bodies and mods from the Kee Engine to work on the UE4 Version because this may be the only way to get to use these cool mods again.:steamsad:

When i Sub to this mod it says incompatible. Is the mod just incompatible with the current version of the game or am i doing something wrong like missing necessary add ons?

You can't keep putting your trims on the kee version of the game, no one uses it as it is antiquated and inferior to UE4.
