Ink 4 Dead - Sanitized Octohunters

The Last Stand update brought back the L4D1 variants of the SI, which encouraged me to update this mod. But I didn't just want to port the old Octohunter over the L4D1 Hunter. I want them to be unique. So here's a list of the following changes:

The L4D1 Hunter uses Splatoon 1's Octoling with the color scheme of it being Sanitized. She's more dark/dim to fit with the atmosphere of L4D1.
The L4D2 Hunter uses Splatoon 2's Sanitized Octoling.
Both have viewmodels (first person arms) but are not screenshotted since Versus servers disables mods.

The Octohunters have jigglebones for their hair, along with some improved materials and textures.
The voice sounds have been updated to use the Sanitized Octoling sounds instead. They've also been fixed - no more weird clicking/popping from the audio!

The Octohunters can be covered in blood, and get extra crispy!

The RNG has been removed.
This was to prevent low-end users from crashing.
