Map Settings Mod

This mod allows you to disable settings enabled from the start of a new game, or from the main menu:
- Press ESC, go under 'EXTRAS' and under 'MAP SETTINGS'.

You can disable weather, as well as disable events and gangs.

Sadly, it is not yet possible to enable these settings from the mod, because it is not programmaticaly possible (according to what I tried, if someone finds a way let me know). So you must re-enable them from the normal game menu... which isn't much of a problem.

How to use:
- To disable settings, simply go under your entities menu (where you purchase staff) and spawn any one of the different entities added by this mod anywhere on the map. They will then run a script and disapear... disabling whatever they had to disable. More information on each entity offered by this mod below.

Deeper Information:
- Using the 'Remove Gangs' object will stop gangs from spreading and / or creating. However, upon re-enabling the gangs from the game menu, all past gang members will still be here. For this reason, we plan to add a new object disabling gangs and removing the gang member status.

- Using the 'Disable Weather' object will stop any rain, storm etc currently happening and will stop new ones from coming. Re-enabling it will often resume whatever weather was happening when you disabled it.

- Using the 'Disable Events' object will simply stop new events from happening. I also believe (although this has not been tested) that it stops any current events.


Plans for next update:
- Add a 'remove gang members' upon disabling gangs too. So far, disabling the gangs only stops them from spreading and / or forming.

please add a temp control so the map temprature can get extremely freezing cold and dryer temprature so instead of temperture going from 10F To 90F It could be more extreme like -40F To 130F.

Ah... not currently thinking of modding PA anymore, but will keep in mind if I ever change my mind.

Seems you haven't been playing they're new options before you you start your prison which add a bunch of diferent quirks. Some make it so you only get gang members as prisoners or allows your staff to walk through walls. Though there are a lot of mutators.

There is already a mod about that... instant riot mod. I therefor, by respect of the mod's author , won't add this to my own mod.

It is most ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ annoying how Guards let Gang Executives recruit new gang members.
