ultimate abound theater - Main

This is the work-in-progress Theater package for the *Abound* [COOP] server.

Features of the Theater are a G18 (Military Issue Only Full Auto Glock), 'all the things' for most classes, 16 player slots spread across 2 squads, a lot of rebalancing, and a bunch of other things (see change notes for more details).

It is clear that I don't know what I'm doing, so there may be bugs.

This is the theater for the *Abound* server, and is 100% in beta (better described as an 'open alpha').
