描述
Mega Drive as a playermodel/NPC!

Features:
- Playermodel.
- NPC (Located in the Hyperdimension tab.)
- First-person hands.
- Fingerposing.
- Original skeleton and weights.
- Updated hitboxes so she's ready for competitive play.
- Jigglebones.
- Bodygroups for the eyes, mouth, glasses, and controller parts.
- Additional skin for the hair that's based on player colour.
- Enhanced Textures.
- Proportions.
- Works with custom SWEPS.

Known issues:
- Using the Stand-Pose tool, the feet may sink into the floor a bit
- The materials use a shader that requires DirectX 9+, if the model looks odd, this may be the case

He's using the ragdolls in that image. I remember him using other addons as well to attain the headhack in-game. Might even be PAC.

huh. I'm guessing it's not around for release anywhere, then? I don't think there's a modern/higher quality version of Neptune on the workship with that outfit.

It's a headhack of Neptune with Nepgears hair, changed to a cyan color, followed by post processing effects.

Where is the model in this image? The one to the left of Mega Drive. Anyone have a link?

Where the hell is she from?! I know it's a Compile Heart character because "Model: Compile Heart" but what game is she from?

It's the overseas version of Genesis.
Don't know why it was called Mega Drive though, probably some legal issue.

@Gtayoshi It's based on Sega's very old consoles.
