Blinking Red Safe Room Location Markings - House & Arrow

描述
Blinking red safe room location markings (house and arrow). Since the markings are decals there's not much that can be done with them. If a glowing effect is applied then the transparent background becomes visible and flickers so I changed it to black which at least eliminates the flickering. If you don't like the black background you can use my transparent background version which maintains the transparent background and animates the arrow to look like it has a scrolling motion which adds some visibility in lieu of the glowing effect.

Unfortunately there is not much else that can be done with decals so your choices are limited.

I explain the limitations with decals...I state that there is a version available that maintains the transparent textures, and yet I still get comments by some people that don't like the black background. I'll say it again (LOL)...there are two versions available...please choose the version that you like. Just because you don't like something doesn't make it bad unless it was actually executed poorly. The glowing version is made as best as possible given the limitations with decals.

the black squares around it makes it akwardly bad
