For those of you that preferred the sound of this radio filter over the one provided in-game, I have uploaded the remnants of Starscre4M's old addon onto the workshop, packaged together with edits that differentiate between maskless and masked grunts, and updated HECU voice lines from newer builds of the game.
You can find the mod here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2277759591
Huh. The first mod (by Starscre4m) should still be working. It's working for me so far. I'm not the owner of that mod, so there's nothing I can really do, but I'll try to look into it.
The map seen in the video is a part of the most recent update to Black Mesa which restores a few cut maps for Surface Tension to the game. This map is the second to last map before Forget About Freeman.
