Not bad. There are a few things that could be improved, however.
1. Engineer should pull his arm higher before swinging the wrench.
2. Pull his elbow more outward and away from him.
3. Smoothness. You should make the motion overall smoother. Try entering the motion editor and using the "Smooth" preset.
Your video seems like a good idea, and It'll be interesting to see how it turns out. Good luck!
