@Igor Zbiciak, first RICO buildings were Brick Taylor buildings or somehow similarly called (American public housing blocks)

I FOUND THAT LOTS OF RICO OBJECT ARE RUSSIAN. I ALSO FOUND THAT FIRST RICO OBJECT WAS RUSSIAN FLAT. ALSO, IN RICO MOD PHOTOS THERE WERE ALSO RUSSIAN FLATS. SO IS RICO MOD RUSSIAN????????????
