Nepgear Playermodel/NPC

The much requested Nepgear finally arrives as a playermodel/NPC!
(How she looks in the playermodel menu is not reflective of the actual model in-game.)

Features:
- Playermodel
- NPC (Located in the Hyperdimension tab.)
- First-person hands
- Fingerposing
- Original skeleton and weights
- Updated hitboxes so she's ready for competitive play
- Jigglebones
- Multiple bodygroups (The face changes the back of the heads hair colour.)
- Enhanced Textures
- Proportions

Known issues:
- Using the Stand-Pose tool, the feet may sink into the floor a bit
- The materials use a shader that requires DirectX 9+, if the model looks odd, this may be the case

I did not make this model for posing, but it does include a ragdoll. I HEAVILY recommend RandomTalkingBush's ragdolls for posing.
