Get the feeling that terrain doesn't really mean ♥♥♥♥ in HOIIV? Tired of watching Italy sweep through africa, holding a line in the Sahara desert just because? Well, tire no longer! In this mod, I've upped the a number of modifiers for most terrain types, marshes become nightmares, mountains become obstacles, and jungles just plain suck.

Bear in mind this was made in 2016, when terrain was indeed meaningless. HOI has come a long way. This mod is completely out of date and severely deprecated, and I have no intention of updating it.

Hey uhh combat width is only -0 in city tiles

Allright I've done it... it's got the vanilla numbers for the combat width as i don't know as to what you'd want to change those... but it's functional... i just tested it and it's working. How should i send it to you?
