Hello Folks!

My first small mod. I improved it through comments and advice and hope you'll enjoy it.

## BETTER FRANCE ##

I wanted to do the same kind of focus tree as Italy and make French colonies' development more interesting but more risky too. When you play France there were no points of fighting for African colonies and I wanted to change that. I have seen a lot of games where French Player was just over-focusing on Metropolitan conflict. Now, I reckon the new national add some advantage to France (even if she already have a lot of resources ) but also put the player in a more uncomfortable position. Indeed, if the player choose to develop his colonies he will receive interesting bonuses but with the fear of losing it if he doesn't take care of the Italian army!
- Algerian Tree
・ Algérie Française: add +2 infrastructure in Algiers, Constantine and Tlemcen
・ Algerian Industy: add +4 Civilian Factory in Algiers
・ Algerian Military Factories: add +4 Military Factory in Algiers
・ Prospect for Oil: add +8 oil in Tlemcen and one 50% research bonus on "Synthethic Oil tech tree"
・ Algerian Refineries: add 4 oil in Tlemcen and 2 Synthetic Refinery in Algiers BUT requires the first 1936 "synth_oil_experiments" tech to be research
- Indochina Tree:
・ Indochine Française: add +2 infrastructure in Tonkin and Indochina
・ Indochina Industry: add +4 Civilian Factory in Indochina
・ Indochina Military Factories: add +4 Military Factory in Indochina
・ Saigon's Development: add +4 Naval Base in Saigon
・ Winning Bet: add +10 rubber in Indochina and +2 chromium +8 tungsten in Tonkin

As @Sleight of Hand said Germany needed a special claim event on French territories of Alsace-Lorraine. Since those territories was full of coal and was an asset to heavy industry France and Germany fought a long time for their control. This mod add a national focus to Germany, adding claims over the Alsace-Lorraine and sending an ultimatum to France. France can accept, win 150 political power but loose 10% of national unity OR refuse, and win 10% of national unity but loose 50 political power. If the historical focus option is turned on, the AI won't accept the deal , if not, chances are 20%/80% refuse.
As @Sleight of Hand and @Nelfe said, France was lacking of historical naval and industry designers. I added 3 new historical naval designers and 2 new industrial designer (see pictures).

We also have been working on some mistakes made about French names.

France now does have two different "fascist" state and a better communist flag (Thanks to Rogue)
The first one can only be obtained IF France loose the war and beg for peace. It is now called "Régime de Vichy" and will replace the old one. Since historically France wasn't allow to have an army anymore and the Vichy's politics wasn't fascist but totalitarian, it is no more a fascist state but a non-aligned totalitarian country with no changes on the leader (Philippe Pétain) and using the "vichy france" flag.
The second one is a proper "true" fascist government which can be obtained by completing the "supporting the right" focus. The French fascist party is now called "Partit Populaire Français (PPF)" and have his own leader "Jacques Doriot" with a custom portrait and his own flag.
"French Commune flag's have been changed for a better one designed by Rogue (cheers to him!)

@Sleight of Hand also worked on fixing the French fleet (names, design, owned ships, on construction ships) and on the lack of 1936' heavy tanks tech.

I also added 57 French songs from the 20' to the late 40' (there is a lighter mod without the musics here)
