This is an extension to the Sonic 3D Blast Survival Map Pack containing all the music for the Act 1 levels included in the pack.

While the main pack should work without this, the map's are designed to have the music running in the background to fill the void.

when i open add-on page in game i seen this message from console: "
CGameUIConVarRef cl_ignore_vpk_association doesn't point to an existing ConVar"

Yeah they will. I wish there was a way to fix it (& there probably is, but I've just not found it)

so its still will work? idk because i dont launch survival maps. i just see error in my subscribed addons

That's standard behaviour. The sound.cache file causes that problem, it can be safely ignored.

I have a problem with this and others music addons in your collection. They just conflicting with your map pack / others music mods
