The beta Zoey head with the default body.
The body is compatible with reskins.

Someone requested to see what it would look like to have the beta head on the normal body, and this is me fulfilling that request.

I can check, but I'm pretty sure the Workshop upload works too. Maybe it hadn't downloaded fully or you were on an official versus server.
