描述
RICO mansion 1 by phillipsaayman. I made this to test to see if I can make a RICO compatible mod. So this is just a model from the vanilla game, my idea is to get larger mansion mostly with more expansive yards like in SC4 days. So sorry this is just 4x4, I don't know how to model or get past the 4x4 restrictions when trying to make houses.

4x4 Level 5 house. I think 12 people is the maximum cims that can live here.

Feel free to use it, should work correctly with RICO, please tell me if it doesn't.

(Like I said this was just some initiative I took to see if I can make a larger than 4x4 mansion with a decent yard, but it seems I need to figure some more things out)

This prop is needed to have all the used props. pls set it into the requiered workshop objects.

I can obviously make a unique building that is RICO, but I need to get the house model into the unique building category. After my last exam i'll try and have a look at it again.

The vanilla game actually has nice houses but it needs the big yards with pools and patios.

I think You should make it unique building, and then make rico file, and it should work bigger then 4x4. :)
