描述
A script with a HUD icon for the Maschinenpistole 40.

Type: Flash outline (artwork included)

This addon replaces SCRIPTS (changes the in-game weapon stats)! That means you can only play on a server (your own or your friend's host) which has this script enabled. Disable this mod (and preferrably restart the game) if you want to join online servers.

That also means that you need to subscribe to 1 (one) of the "Required Items" to get the model itself. Do not ignore the window that pops up after you subscribe! If you do, you can find them (the Required Items) to the right of the preview/description/comment section, where the author(s) is(are) credited and the stats are shown.

The script changes are:
  • HUD icon
  • 30 round capacity (def. 50) - the mags were prone to jam if loaded fully
  • 500 rounds per minute (def. 960)
  • 38 damage per shot (def. 20)
  • 360 reserve ammo (def. 650) - assault rifle ammo

That's the reason why Alex did not make 32 round mag.

How do I get rid of this? I mean, it's awesome but I wanted to change the UZI (wich I had replaced with the MP-40) to an another weapon, but this stays. If I turn the mod off it's still there (the icon dissapears, but the script is still there). I'd really appreciate some help with this.

mp40 has 32 rounds not 30

Well, I tried many things. I tried adding text to the screenshots. I tried making BIGGER, FATTER letters in the important parts of the description. I tried adding the original skin as a Required Item, so that a window pops up and tells you that you need that item for this mod to work.

But still, human ignorance and foolishness managed to surprise me more and more. I later gave up and started cropping the screenshots up and take them in total darkness so that people would never see the model in my previews. This kinda worked, but it's still not 100% fool-proof.

when I was a newbie,I ignore all the description and the required items (at the very beginning I even though it is telling me to pay for it) no matter how important it is about,all I see is the first picture pop up while searching mods.

so I am guessing that you can post the important massage on the first picture so everyone can see it before they click into (I am not sure will it work though)

I can send you a link to the mod with my built-in icon (and maybe even a script change) if either of you send me a friend request.

I am not willing to explain to, uh, less-than-technically-inclined children out there why it "doesn't work". Meddling with scripts can also cause crashes.
