A residential version of my old factory - it has some minor changes in the model (got rid of some of the large doors) and decorated it differently.

@MeloHesoJello: You can add RICO settings yourself to buildings that don't have it - more on that here . Some peope use a mix of growables and RICO buildings, which is why I never add RICO settings to my growables. :)

I won't sorry. I generally don't do that with my growables unless there's some difference/I prefer it on a larger lot to avoid filling up the workshop with identical assets. There are mods that allow you to place growables manually, so that's an option if you want to control where it spawns.
