Passive Agents Only, No Aggressive Agent Actions

This mod disables all aggressive agent actions and keeps all passive abilities. Same as the loved mod I made for Attila Total War.

All agents can still train your armies and support your provinces. They can no longer attack other agents, settlements, Lords, etc.

*** NOTE, BEFORE USING THIS MOD, DO THE FOLLOWING:

1) After subscribing to this mod, (and clicking "like" ofcourse) go to mod manager and tick off the box titled "Enable out of date mods" .

2) This mod is compatible with all other mods which do not edit agent abilities.

3) This mod is save compatible.

4) Enjoy!

*** UPDATES:

1) Fixed rare crash that affected some players.

2) Fixed not being able to deploy agents in provinces not belonging to your own. Now all your agents will be able to deploy anywhere on the map.
