Cultural Emergence

This mod is intended to allow the emergence of various EU4 cultures, as well as a few extra cultures that I find may be of interest. A list of cultures currently implemented are:

Carpathian Area:
Slovak

Belgian Area:
Flemish, Wallonian, Luxembourgish

French Area:
Gascon, Burgundian

Spanish Area:
Aragonese, Leonese, Galician

Mahgreb Area:
Moroccan, Algerian, Tunisian, Libyan, Tuareg

Bedouin Area:
Yemeni, Omani, Hejazi, Najdi

Levantine Area:
Hejazi, Najdi, Palestinian, Lebanese, Syrian, Mashriqi

Persian Area:
Luri, Mazandarani, Khorasani

Greek Area:
Pontic, Gothic (a.k.a. Crimean Goths)

Balkans:
Macedonian, Albanian, Montenegrin, Bosniak, Slovene

Italy:
Maltese, Sicilian, Neapolitan, Sardinian, Umbrian, Tuscan, Romagnan, Venetian, New Lombard, Piedmontese, Ligurian

West Germany:
Swabian, Rhenish, Westphalian, Franconian, Bavarian, Austrian

East Germany:
New Saxon, New Pomeranian, New Prussian

Iceland:
Icelandic

Britannia:
Cornish, Highlander

West Africa:
Songhai, Bozo, Mossi, Soninke, Bambara, Malian

Carpathian Basin:
Transylvanian, Molodvan

If the EU4 converter works with vanilla CK2, this mod should support it.
Furthermore, this mod modifies geographical_region.txt and relies on various non-titular duchies in the mod. This means that this mod will not work with mods that drastically change duchies and regions on the map; such a mod will require a special compatibility patch to work.

Africa is completely done now. Russians will likely be next if I didn't miss any small cultures west of Germany.
