Permanent Overdrive

Using an Overdrive Serum no longer uses up the Serum in your inventory.

-= 2 =-
Carrying an Overdrive Serum provides permanent immunity to Panic, whatever it's source (Psionic or not), just like a Mind Shield, whether you have a charge or not ready.

-= 3 =-
The Serum now has a number of configurable Charges and a custom configurable Cooldown.

Default is 2 charges, with a 6 turn cooldown.

-= 4 =-
Using the Serum requires you have 1 Action Point left, but doesn't use it. This is to prevent having your soldier being reselected over and over again.

The Serum can now increase Defense, Dodge and Strength (New effects configurable in INI file)

Overdrive Serum immunities are customizable. By default, they are all ENABLED. They include:

- Vanilla XCOM 2:
PSI_IMMUNITY
STUN_IMMUNITY

- Added by this mod:
MENTAL_IMMUNITY
KNOCKBACK_IMMUNITY

This mod doesn't change the base Overdrive Serum parameters. With 2 charges at your disposal, you are encouraged to go to DefaultGameCore.INI and changes this:
COMBAT_STIM_MOBILITY_MOD=1.5f
To this:
COMBAT_STIM_MOBILITY_MOD=1.25f

No template overrides, so should work with most anything.
Small edit to X2Effect_CombatStims to allow more immunities.
