This mod contains the development events from Lets Rebalance a Planet

The text from my mod :

Development system:

The mod has its unique development system where provs are increased development wise via events.
The cost of increasing is the cost in game rounded down to a minimum of 2.
These events are supposed to also decrease development in future and maybe a cost will also be added.
The mean time to happen is lower if the development cost of the province is lower.

Good to know:
The events run in the background and so u wont notice them.
They will mainly cause ai to develop a bit more, especially later in the game as the events will happen more in provs with low dev cost. If u dont develop your land yourself the events will do that for u, but the time for them to happen is 1 month if dev cost would be 1, but 2500 months if dev cost would be 50.

I want to keep this mod simple, what u want is more something u can find in my 2 other mods, like buildings for those terrains are planned there.

Interesting. Would there ever be a chance to change the code so that arctic/desert/highlands/mountain provinces will get a chance to develop one to three times? Usually they have a very high cost (70+) to develop.

Yes and the mean time to happen for the event is development cost², with the event not happening in provs with higher development cost than 50.

Does developping a province on your own reset the timer/ mean time to happen?
