In any case this is for our server. We dont have this problem. I cant help. I made this for a project of a friend. Sorry for if I cant help you.

I've yet to give it a thorough test, I'll give the mod another go sometime.

It actually may have just been that I was hosting peer to peer for the first time, I removed the mod, continued with peer to peer and had the same issue, I accused the mod due to it being the only new thing I had installed at that time. I've hosted via dedicated and not had my game lag that bad which is why I accused it. Whether the mod actually impacted my performance or not is beyond me.

I think peer to peer is just more intensive than running a dedicated server on the same machine for whatever reason.
