Rulers Take Normal Turns

描述
This mod disables the free turns every Ruler gets during the XCOM Turns, and gives them 3 (configurable) normal action points on the alien turn.
As shadow79 pointed out in the comments - Rulers are a joke now, so feel free to suggest mods that make rulers harder.

YOU NEED THE OTHER MOD MENTIONED IN THE POPUP. If you don't install it, nothing will work.

still works, at least for me, make sure you install Moddable Ruler Turns as well.

Can we get an update please? None of the ruler turn mods have been updated and I cannot continue playing with cheating enemies

Needs a little update, rulers that take damage get a reaction turn. The rest works correctly (if you fire and miss or move it wont react).

This mod doesn't seem to be working. I am trying to turn off ruler actions because they are gambreaking BS.

It gives them still a 100% chance to react on offensive actions
50% on defensive actions
0% on peaceful actions.
