If you're using version 2.0 or above, you don't need this mod anymore because the base game fixed the problem (if you want stronger bombardment instead of just fixing bugs that no longer exist, there's this version instead).
Also, this mod deliberately does not include the unity or tomb world changes from my other mod. It might still allow killing of the last pop via bombardment, honestly - I have never been entirely sure that that restriction actually worked (or did not, as the case may be).
By editing the tooltips to match the, um, remarkably low figures in the event files, instead of the other way around.
Ah, well, I'll keep this mod around for people who want a slightly stronger tweak as opposed to the MUCH stronger version in my other mod.
Apparently it's been fixed for 1.6 so I'll have to update this version for the new figures when I know what tthey are.
