edit2: And, found the new one, same defines file: FEDERATION_CONQUEROR_DIFFERENCE

edit: Well, for one, the line ALLIANCE_CONQUEROR_DIFFERENCE doesn't exist anymore, because the old alliance thing doesn't exist anymore.

I can confirm seeing it not applying when trying to join a Federation. No idea how I'd get it to work, could take a look though.

I have the mod activated, but I am still getting the penalty when trying to join Federation. Anyone else got this to work with the 1.3.2?

the game is allowing it to subscribe as usable at least, just have to check the function...

Strange, it worked in all the previous versions... Did they change how it works? I'll have to check it later.
