My first steam workshop object...


A building for a small start-up company.

The building has 3 Floors and 4 rooms for teams. A very small server room for the most necessary tasks.
Beautiful outside terrace.
Simple heating and air technology.


- Team 1/ 10-18 employee
- Team 2/ 9-15 employee
- Team 3/ 3-5 employee
- Team 4/ 3-5 employee

On the corridor there is the possibility to build in the cellar.

Square meters : 508
Building cost : 56.269 - 122.841 €
Furniture cost : 35.447 €

unfortunately the blueprint makes some windows on the 1st floor away :-(
they must be set by hand.

Much fun with the building.
Please keep me informed about improvements and error.

Hier mein erstes Steam Workshop Object...

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein kleines, kostengünstiges Bürogebäude für junge, aufstrebende Unternehmen.

Das Gebäude hat 3 Stockwerke und bietet Platz für 4 Teams. Es hat eine schöne, gemütliche Außenterrasse und einen sehr kleinen Server Raum der eigentlich nur dazu dienen soll die bestehenden, ausgeführten Aufgaben abzudecken bis Ihr dann selber euren "Server-Keller" gebaut habt. Über den Treppenaufgang kann man sich dann bequem eine Treppe zum keller bauen.
Das Gebäude verfügt über eine simple Heizungs und Klimatechnik.

- Team 1/ 10-18 Mitarbeiter
- Team 2/ 9-15 Mitarbeiter
- Team 3/ 3-5 Mitarbeiter
- Team 4/ 3-5 Mitarbeiter

Fläche: 508 m²
Baukosten: 56.269 - 122.841 €
Einrichtung : 35.447 €

Leider macht bei mir der Blueprint Probleme und verschluckt einige Fenster sowie die Doppeltür zur Terrasse, diese müssten erstmal noch von Hand von euch gesetzt werden. Tut mir leid.

Vielleicht weiß ja jemand eine Lösung?


Ansonsten wünsche ich viel Spaß mit dem Gebäude.

ok I made a game and used your building almost to its full capacity. Just to give you details, I had 2 teams; one for day and another for night shift. Also this is just my opinion here, so just take this constructively. The first floor is where I put my programmers and there seems to be too much computers. 2nd floor and the rest seems to be ok for employees. At that size, I believe there should be a space or room for a leader, meeting and a kitchen. Kitchens are so useful at that size since theres a least 1 or 2 employee that will start stressing, kitchens should help...same for meeting rooms. Besides that awesome building and design, I really love it. I hope theres an updated version with what I just said. By the way, how did you make those walls or fences outside that are barely out the floor ? I'm puzzled by that one.

Edit: Sieht auch ingame richtig geil aus.
Kleiner Vorschlag: Alles um 180 Grad drehen, weil der Blueprint vor dem Platzieren in originaler Ausrichtung zwar richtig herum aussieht, der Eingang jedoch ist auf der hinterseite ;D Ansonsten wurde bei mir die oben als fehlerhaft beschriebene Terassentür ohne Probleme mitgebaut.

error occured... I don't know if it's because of the mods but the furniture isn't placed and I get a ingame error message:steamsad:
